A market leading company that provides Xplan services to Financial Planning Practices across Australia is looking to grow its existing team. The position requires you to be involved in a range of services that develop, maintain and enhance external Client's Xplan sites, whilst providing valuable technical support and training services.
The successful applicant will be a dedicated advanced Xplan user. You will be responsible for ensuring the client's needs are met accurately and within the required deadlines.
The key responsibilities include -
- The ability to diagnose and assist in solving clients Xplan issues.
- Working with clients to implement service initiatives
- Assist clients to meet their goals and expectations.
- Development and maintenance of client's Xplan sites including coding of templates, editing fields and interfaces, and managing work flow processes.
- Maintaining relationships and providing best practice customer service and technical support to clients. Ability to assist in the development of new and existing service offerings.
- Develop and provide one-on-one and on-line training programs to clients, as needed.
To be successful when applying for this role you will be able to indicate the following -
- A solid working knowledge of Xplan Software
- Previous experience working within the Financial Planning Industry
- DFP qualifications and/or paraplanning experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
