An opportunity has arisen for a CA Qualified Finance Manager with a solid manufacturing background to join the finance team. Leading a small group of professionals, you will take responsibility for managing the day to day Financial operations and ensuring the team are performing.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of Finance for this division. In addition, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Ensuring all Financial deadlines are met
- Identifying process issues to develop and implement solutions
- Liaising on all levels within the organisation
- Management reporting
As a key advisor to the business, it is essential that you have a solid understanding of both the operational and financial aspects of an organization.
Your Profile
This is a great opportunity to work close to home within a fast growing and forward thinking organisation. To be considered, you will need to be CA Qualified, demonstrate experience in a similar role, solid financial and technical skills, exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) along with the ability to take complete ownership of your role. Experience in either a Manufacturing or Chartered Environment highly regarded. The role will demand the highest quality from the output of your work and therefore you will need to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
