A Global media giant in the North Shore is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Officer to join their finance team. This organisation is synonymous with the everyday media world and it's name will attract only the highest calibre of candidates. Within the finance team a Credit Officer is needed to manage and complete the reconciliation, collections and dispute resolution process in relation to the standard customer accounts. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to processing payments accurately and efficiently, credit violations, processing daily banking and liaising with customers regarding claims.
In order to be considered for this highly sought after role you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years AR/Credit experience
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Strong customer service skills
- As this is the media industry, excellent communication skills are required
- SAP experience preferred, but not essential
