Invoicing Officer


Brisbane
Due to an exciting stage of growth this leading organisation based in the Southern Suburbs is looking for an Invoicing Officer / Sales Support person to work within their friendly team. This is a varied accounts role where you will enjoy the variety and be happy to put your hand to a broad range of tasks. You will also work as part of a supportive team environment. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Data processing of dockets into SAP Download SAP reports & format into Excel Raise purchase orders Handle customer queries Reconcile invoices Produce month end reports We are ideally seeking applicants with the following: Enthusiastic pro-active approach to work Excellent communication skills High level of attention to detail Working knowledge of SAP Intermediate to advanced skills is MS Excel If you enjoy working as part of a team and have the necessary skills to fulfill this role, apply today!
