Lloyd Morgan are seeking a proven Accounts Payable Officer for a standalone function and maintain a full function process whilst ensuring financial information is produced accurately and to deadlines.
The role will entail the following responsibilities:
Responsible for processing merchant payments across the ANZ region, adjusting journals into BCC, reconciliation of accounts, and internal/external communication with relevant team members.
Assist the finance team with accurate preparation of expense accruals at month-end
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Accounts Payable.
Key to securing this role will be your full understanding of the Accounts Payable process and how it impacts other finance functions, as well as your ability to adhere to deadlines. You will have accurate and timely data entry skills, solid Excel skills and excellent oral and written communication. The ideal candidate will be fully conversant with BCC ideally.
High volume of Accounts Payable experience
Great attention to detail and levels of accuracy
Strong communication skills for liaising with all levels of staff
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Solid team player - adaptable to changing priorities
Good Excel and uploading data
