Accounts Administrator


Brisbane
This busy Southside business is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator for their supportive team environment. Working as part of a small team you will enjoy completing a variety of tasks. You will utilise your excellent communication skills to respond to telephone enquiries and also utilise your high level of attention to detail to enter time sheets and job costing information. Other key Responsibilities in this role will include: Time sheet entry Entering job costing details Invoicing General ad-hoc duties Handling telephone queries This position would suit someone who enjoys a position with variety. We are also ideally seeking applicants who have had exposure to accounts and general administrative tasks. This an ongoing contract role that could lead to permanency for the right candidate. You must have a proactive approach to work, be able to multi task and have excellent communication and data entry skills.
