Your new role is one where you will add significant commercial value, through the provision of high quality, practical advice to the management team and will be expected to be a part of driving the outcomes through the business. Specifically;
- Attending and running design workshops
- Providing pragmatic and strategic advice and controls to mitigate risk
- Testing of controls and design of solutions in consultation with management
- Supporting the implementation of new methodologies including course correction where required
- Post implementation reviews of projects
You are a qualified professional CA/CPA/IIA/CISA with fluent and polished communication skills to liaise with a variety of people at all levels and are comfortable addressing groups and adept at eliciting information. You enjoy the ownership of a process from end to end and are able to lead and persuade others where necessary, to achieve quantifiable, business supporting outcomes. This role is seen as a stepping stone within the business to more senior managerial roles.
