An ASX listed Property Company has asked Lloyd Morgan's Finance Team to secure them a successful Management Accountant for their Commercial Finance team. This company is synonymous with delivering top class results and is a leader in employee career development.
This position is available due to internal promotion and will report to a state Finance Manager while partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships. As a commercial property Management Accountant your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Prepare and review budgets and forecasts
- Assist in monthly P&L forecasts
- Assist in monthly capital expenditure forecasts
- BAS preparation
The successful candidate must have previous experience within a commercial Management Accounting position and match the following criteria:
- Strong business communications
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- CA/CPA qualifications.
- Previous property sector experience is advantageous.
