Leading home loan provider based in the CBD is looking for a Manager of Collections and Policy. Working for a great organisation that prides itself on its people the prime responsibility of the position is overseeing Insurance Claims, managing serious complaints and suspected fraud matters and compliance issues.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Provide input and develop credit policy and procedures
- Investigation and management of suspected fraudulent/forensic matters
- Management of referred serious customer complaints
- Working closely with business managers you will be providing legal support to a number of functions within the organisation.
- Review and maintain in house documents and forms.
- Lead and manage incident and breach reporting
- Work on adhoc projects
You will have excellent problem solving, planning, risk management, reporting and analytical skills, as this is key. You will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build lasting business relationships.
You will have demonstrated experience in compliance management - ideally within the financial and mortgages industry. You will also have the ability to make sound legal decisions and recommendations. It would be highly regarded if you hold a legal/accounting/finance qualification.
