Your opportunity
This well known and highly respected boutique firm based on the fringes of the CBD, are entrenched in their local community and are experienced solid growth. As such the partners of this firm are seeking to appoint a high calibre "consultant / advisor" to join the organisation as a supervisor / manager with the ultimate goal of being groomed for equity partnership.
Consisting of a large portfolio of extremely loyal clients (SME market), this role will give you the opportunity to truly be the trusted advisor to your client list. Apart from a great deal of autonomy, you will be given a remit to go the extra mile for your clients.
Your job
As a newly created role due to continued growth this role will see you reporting directly to the partnership team, managing a list of loyal clients, whilst focusing on delivering quality outcomes and advice for these clients.
Your background
As this is an important leadership position within the firm, additionally NOT a straight compliance role that you can demonstrate or address the following key skills and attributes:
- CA or CPA (Australia) qualified individual with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of the Australian taxation system / legislation.
- Currently working in public or private practice at a minimum senior accountant level.
- Strong tenure in your current / previous positions
- A minimum of 3 years local experience in an accounting firm
- Understanding or experience with SMSF.
